Faster Way to Fat Loss 3/18 Round! March 15, 2019 | Hi Friends! Thanks for hanging with me today—this is a fun post. I’m sharing some amazing reader testimonials and before and after photos from their experience with Faster Way to Fat Loss. It’s so inspiring to see what women in our own community are achieving and, most importantly, how they are FEELING! We are launching a new round on Monday 3/18, so if you’ve considered it, we’d love to have you join us! Before I start this post, I do want to talk through a few FasterWay questions and comments that I’ve been getting lately. The most asked question has been: WHY ARE SO MANY BLOGGERS TALKING ABOUT FWTFL? That answer is two fold, so let me explain. I think that a lot of bloggers are talking about it because it works and it’s sort of our job to try new things and essentially be the guinea pig for you guys—only actually blogging about what works. So the more influencers who try it, the more you’ll hear about it. The second part of that is that, influencers are paid for referrals. Just like almost any company who I partner with, I am paid a percentage of the sign up fee for doing the initial leg work of introducing you to it, sharing my personal experience and educating you on the program. Believe me when I say I would never post about it if I didn’t think that it could potentially add value to your life. Continuing this to re-tell a little of my personal story with FWTFL. I’d seen quite a few blogger friends complete it (some even having awesome success), but I was never interested in trying it. The macro counting, the carb cycling, it all sounded overwhelming and over my head. It wasn’t until I saw my very best friend take it on that I was truly intrigued. She (Tess) had absolutely incredible results the first round and my interest was peaked. These are women that are part of the Style Your Senses community and are women that Tess has personally coached within the past two months. I’ve essentially been sick since January with a head cold that will not leave, so I haven’t felt up to working out (last night was the ONLY time I’ve worked out in 6 weeks and that’s sad). Losing my grandmother in January and launching a new business two weeks later had me on an emotional rollercoaster. Definitely ate my feelings more than I should have and have really not had any time to plan and cook, resulting in one too many nights of takeout. Let me be clear, I’ve given myself ALLLLL the grace during these months and I know that these phases of life come and go, but what’s really killing me is the way that I FEEL! I feel more bloated, tired and overall sluggish and I know 100% it’s because of my diet. Im excited to get back on track and feel as amazing as I did in November and December! Faster Way to Fat Loss: What will it take from you? It will take commitment and an open mind. A lot of the program is retraining your mind, which a lot of people don’t expect. For some the workouts aren’t as intense as they’re used to. For some, they are eating more carbs than ever. For most, you are eating more calories than ever. You’ve got to have faith in the program and really commit to sticking to it for 6 weeks. At about 3 weeks in, it becomes second nature and I promise you’ll start to see what an easy and sustainable lifestyle it is! I always love the idea of doing it with a friend, but I also like that within the Facebook group there are tons of women in your round and there are lots of new friendships formed that way. These women cheer each other on like none other and it’s amazing to watch! Can I take part while pregnant or nursing? Yep, 100%. Consult your doctor first and then get with Tess so that she can adjust macros properly. Can I still do my familiar workout? My question is always—is it really getting you the results you want? Overall, yes you can still do your workout, but Tess will provide you some suggestions as to what macro days to do it on based on the type of workout. Can I still eat out? Yep, I’ve found ALL the ways to make eating out and enjoying a meal at a restaurant work for the plan. It’s totally possible to achieve full food freedom while doing this! Is fasting hard? The first few days are, but it’s totally second nature now. I can easily go until noon without even thinking about a meal. It’s amazing and I’ve noticed so many other benefits from fasting—more focus, higher energy, clearer skin…the list goes on! Is there anything that you don’t like about it? Yep, they need an app and more comprehensive video workouts…both of which I hear are coming soon! Overall, the core of the program cannot be beat and I would recommend it to anyone. Are meal plans provided? Not officially as a part of your initial fee, but Tess does an AMAZING job of sharing food, recipes, and what each macro day looks like. All of the ideas are stored in a shared album within your group so that you can easily access them if you feel uninspired. Is tracking macros hard? For me, yes it was at first. If you’ve never eaten that way, it’s really hard to understand the balance of it all, but I will tell you it’s the most rewarding thing to learn. Macros are essentially the fuel breakdown of our foods, and your perspective of what you’re eating will be forever changed once you know what you’re putting into your body… What’s the cost? $199 registration fee, essentially $33 a week if you broke it down. What are the diet restrictions? The plan is based around eating clean foods and avoiding gluten and dairy as much as possible. I don’t like to restrict myself from anything totally, so if I want Chick-Fil-A I eat the nuggets on low carb day. If I want a treat, I try to save it for Saturday. It’s really all about working in what fits within your macros—and trust me that you can make almost anything work. Sign up with us HERE for the 3/18 round. Peggy Baehr says March 27, 2019 at 3:23 PM I stumbled onto the “Style Your Senses” sight and love it! I am totally intrigued with the “Faster Way To Fat Loss” program. I am 48 years old and have been exercising and counting calories for 3 months with little results. I’m kind of one of those peeps that have to read up on this before committing. One question is can you drink alcohol? I love having a glass of wine with my husband while making dinner!
