It does wonders for the shoulders and has an awesome thick racerback. I’d buy it in every color if I could! I paired it with my all time favorite running leggings from Nike. They have a nice compression but are flexible enough to complete a long run in. These are a great go-to basic that are always in my rotation. It was love at first sight and they are chic, lightweight and comfy to boot. These are truly functional in the gym, but are also cute enough to throw on with your favorite athleisure clothes for hanging out. The price isn’t too shabby either! “You’re far too smart to be the only thing standing in your own way.” On FASTer Way to Fat Loss, I’ve really had to re-work my diet and re-formulate some of my favorite recipes to make them fit better into my FWTFL macros. One of my absolute favorite recipes that I’ve ever posted is this chocolate banana caffeinated smoothie and today I’m sharing how I re-formulated it for a regular macro day to ensure it was crammed with protein. It’s still just as delicious and will absolutely come in handy is you are on the program too! Speaking of coming in handy, I always hesitated to make smoothies because my blender was big and bulky and the cleanup was a total drag. Then, I’d go to make another the next day and what do you know the blender was still dirty in the dishwasher. It just wasn’t a good system and I needed something more efficient. My mom gifted me with the NutriBullet Blender for Christmas and my gosh it’s been a game changer! You literally add all of the ingredients to the cup that you’ll drink it out of, add the blender attachment, and blend within the cup! Making for cleanup that’s a breeze and a lot less dirty dishes. On top of that, the cup system is MUCH easier to clean out. It’s been no problem to make smoothies everyday now and I cannot believe that I didn’t buy one of these sooner! Chocolate Banana Caffeinated Protein Smoothie You’ll Need: 1 banana (frozen) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Garden of Life) 1/2 C almond milk 1 scoop cashew butter 1/4 C walnuts 1/4 C cold brew coffee ( not totally necessary, but VERY necessary for me) Add everything to the blender cup, screw on the blender top and place it onto the NutriBullet. Blends in second and is ready to enjoy in the cup. My mind is still blown that I’m just now learning how amazing these are!
