The Friday Edit

Y’all …WE MADE IT! Finally to Friday and I’m not going to even act like a little vino and a lot of coffee didn’t help me get here! While I was still under a Holiday fog for most of the week, it was actually one of the most rewarding few days on this little bloggity blog of mine. I really really appreciate your support this week, it just confirmed that my gut feelers were feelin’ the right thing and I’ve never felt more of a relief or more excited for a new year!

So, no surprise, that the Top Post of the week was my 2016 Goals and Resolutions. It was actually one of the most trafficked post I’ve ever published. So many calls, texts, sweet emails and comments…I can’t thank you enough! I’m sure you’re over the cheese, but I really am so appreciative! Okay, so can I be honest? I was super nervous to post Wednesday’s post about Workout Wear. I mean standing in front of a mirror…in awful light…in TIGHTS?!?! I know I vowed to be a little more “real life” but geez was this too extreme? Thankfully, you seemed to really like it and I felt so much better. The Zella tights that I raved about were certainly a favorite, but you guys also loved the shoes and this tunic sweatshirt dupe. Oh and the $12 tank was a huge hit! Domino revealed their Top Paint Colors for 2016 and I must say that I’m obsessed with all but ONE of them (the red). Especially loving this grey!

Any new mama’s or mama’s with newborns out there?? My friends at Project Nursery just launched the most insanely cool baby monitor at CES this week in Vegas. These women are so crazy talented and ambitious and this milestone is so unreal…not to mention the monitor is LEGIT. It also comes with the worlds first Mini Monitor, which is SO handy! If you follow along on Snap (@styleyoursenses), you’ve seen this but it’s worth sharing again! I made the most insanely good Chimichurri sauce this week and used it so many times. It’s dairy free, vegan and Paleo…so super healthy! I put it over our pot roast and veggies for dinner and I also had it over scrambled eggs for breakfast. Such a clean and refreshing flavor.
