Look for Less | JUNE June 6, 2016 | Okay, I really have fun putting these Look for Less posts together, so I got all excited and decided to share it on Monday. Without really setting out to, this one took on a beach-y / vacation theme and I’m totally okay with that! I hope that these summer essentials and sunshine vibes make your Monday a little brighter… JavaScript is currently disabled in this browser. Reactivate it to view this content. Turn on your JavaScript to view content One | Gold Gladiators A total must have for Summer, the gold gladiator pairs back to nearly everything in a summer wardrobe. The designer pair is a great shape, but way out of my budget at $350. I opted for the “less” version here and have these metallic gold gladiators on order…a total steal at $65! Two | Chic Beach Bags I’m obsessed with both of these bags and love the hot pink script “Siesta” on the designer version, which is still pretty reasonable at $100. If you expect your beach bag to get a ton of use and get beat up by little ones, it might be a good idea to go for the steal version at $35, which still has amazing details. Three | Turquoise Statement Earrings These Kenneth Jay Lane beauties come in at $100 and make me die. I’m super tempted to splurge on them, because year after year I gravitate towards turquoise statement earrings in the summer heat. If you think that the trend will pass, opt for these inexpensive turquoise statement earrings at under $40! Four | Scalloped Bandeau Bikini Omg Omg Omg the dupe of the century. I’ve been eyeing the designer version of this suit for 2 years now, but can never justify the price. For the top alone, you’re looking at $136 and about $300 total for both pieces. I found this dupe for $40 total!!! I bought the black, but it’s since sold out. Lucky for you the turquoise is now re-stocked….so RUN RUN RUN! Five | Striped Everyday Maxi Dress I love a comfy go-to maxi dress that I can throw on and head out to run errands, meet a friend for dinner or put on after a long day at the pool. The splurge option is a great brand, typically known for soft cotton fabric and timeless fits, but at $136 it’s just a little too much for what I need it for. The look for less option is on sale for $28 (!!!) and I actually like the neckline better. Total Score! Six | White Eyelet Off the Shoulder Dress A white OTS dress is an absolute essential for Summer 2016 and these options are so adorable. TThe left option is an awesome silhouette, but I don’t think that I would pay $395 for it. The right option is much more attainable at under $50 and is still cute as pie!
