Amazon Fashion Haul | March March 24, 2019 | Hi Friends! It’s that time again—AMAZON FASHION HAUL | MARCH is here!!!! Last months Spring Break Amazon Haul went down in blog history as the most viewed and shopped post of all times, so it will be hard to top, but I tried my best and think that I found some amazing pieces!!! This month I focused on wearable basics that are amazing quality, totally washable and SO affordable. I also threw in a few late Spring Break/Resort finds and some killer Easter Dress and accessory options. I hope that you love these pieces as much as I do, I’ve been wearing quite a few things from this haul already and can really vouch for the quality! Amazon Fashion Haul | Basics If you’re a loyal Amazon Haul follower, you know that this button up henley was a HUGE hit this Fall and ended up being one of the best sellers from Amazon through the entire year. I wore the heck out of mine and knew that I needed a Spring and Summer version of it. Good news! I found not one but TWO awesome options that are so easy on the wallet that you can buy both without hesitation! The white one is a much smaller knit and drapes wonderfully. I love that the buttons are functional and how it’s the perfect length to wear with jeans or shorts. Overall, it’s just an easy, go-to top that’s great for a girl on the go. Button up Henley $17.99 (wearing a small) | Drawstring Shorts | Embellished Espadrilles | Hat $15.99 (amazing reviews!) Another awesome basics find was these drawstring shorts! They have a modest 4” inseam, an easy relaxed fit and come in a ton of colors. They give the look of linen, but are made of tencil, so you don’t get the awful wrinkles. I sized up to a 6 in these are really like the relaxed fit. If you spend your Summers running around chasing kids, these are an awesome option for casual shorts! See all of the colors HERE. Button up Henley | Drawstring Shorts $24 (wearing a 6) | Embellished Espadrilles | Hat *NOTE: this hat is also from Amazon and is literally an exact dupe (if not better) of my $75+ one! It gets amazing reviews and is SUCH a great finds. Comes in a ton of colors HERE. Here’s the other color that I got in the button up henley. It’s the same link, but this is the dark grey color and mine is quite a bit different from the ivory one. This one has more of a distinct waffle knit, but the overall shape of the two is identical. This is such a steal for $18! Button up Henley $17.99 (Wearing a Small / Multiple Colors) | Denim Shorts $24.99 (wearing a M) | Embellished Espadrilles | Hat I’ve been ON THE HUNT for a great chambray pullover and hallelujah I found it on Amazon!!!! This is a good one too, y’all! It’s a great sturdy tencel blend and holds GREAT shape without wrinkling. I also love that it’s a pullover so that it feels different from the traditional chambray button up. Wear it year around, but I really like the idea of pairing it with shorts for Spring transition. Trust me when I say this will be a closet staple and the best news is that it’s under $30! Also, these are the same shorts that I showed in last month’s haul and I loved them so much in denim that I immediately bought them in black! I love the grey-ish look of them and of course the fit is ON POINT. I size up to a M in these and really appreciate the extra length. (See the denim version in the next images) Chambray Pullover $29 (wearing a small) | Denim Shorts | Embellished Espadrilles | Hat I’m going to go ahead and call this the MUST HAVE TEE in any girls closet! I was a little curious as to why it was $28 on Amazon, so I ordered it to see what the hype was about. Well it didn’t take me long to figure it out and I ended up wearing it the same day it came in! It’s a rayon + spandex blend and feels like a nice, thicker jersey. It’s sort of a boyfriend fit and feels laid back, a little sexy and SO comfortable. See all of the colors HERE. Not so basic tee $28 (wearing a small / comes in multiple colors) | Denim Shorts $24.99 (wearing a M)| Belt I didn’t really know what to expect with these leopard shorts, but I have to say they exceeded my expectations for what they are! They are darling track shorts that are soft and have a cute fit and are absolutely perfect for loungewear. For $12, you really can’t beat it! Not so basic tee | Leopard Track Shorts $11.99 (wearing a M) Every time we chat basic tanks I cannot tell you how many requests I get for good, quality tanks. Well, friends, here’s the deal of the century on awesome, flattering tanks. These basics have a muscle cut, flattering V neck, a soft hand and honestly the price cannot be beat. I took a chance and ordered the 2 pack of the light heather grey for $20 and am SO glad that I did. These tanks will be something that I reach for multiple times a week and you can bet I’m going back for the white and black too. I’m wearing the small and like that they have a form flattering fit, but if you prefer a little more room in your tanks, size up here. See all of the colors HERE. V Neck Muscle Tank $20/2 $12/1 (Wearing the small here, size up for a roomier fit) | Denim Shorts (wearing a M) | Hat | Earrings Yet another great basic, this time in a tunic length! An easy to wear V neck tee that’s soft, drapes well and even gives you some bum coverage. Great to front tuck or even to knot up. Super versatile and another one that I highly recommend buying multiple colors in should you need basics. A solid 10/10 from me 🙂 See all of the other colors HERE. Tunic Tee $19 (wearing a small / multiple colors) | Denim Shorts | Hat | Espadrilles Same tee, just knotted up! This jumpsuit was one of the most popular Amazon items last Summer, so I decided to give a fresh new color a try for this season and color me IMPRESSED with this mocha version! I’ve gotten SO many messages from you guys about this jumpsuit raving about the versatility, flattering fit and even some second takes from admiring hubbies…this one is a true show stopper…all the while you really do feel like you’re wearing pajamas. I’ve paired it with a denim jacket, utility vest, flats, wedges, and even heels. There are so many ways to wear it dressed up or down and I can assure you that you’ll be impressed for the $29 price point. See all of the colors HERE. Jumpsuit $29.95 (wearing a small here) | Hat | Bandeau Here’s a pic from last year wearing the navy version of the same jumpsuit. Same Jumpsuit in Navy (wearing a M here) First, can we all just giggle about that rogue hair in the photo on the left. What in the world?! Next, another jumpsuit to love! This one screams “casual cool” and I’m in love. The neckline drapes slightly off the shoulder, there’s an elastic waist for some shape and the pants fit like joggers. Its the ultimate weekend outfit to wear with sneakers or slides and is equally as comfortable. I sized up to a M for more room, but would have actually preferred the small so I would say it runs very TTS, regardless of it being a jumpsuit. See all of the color options HERE. Jumpsuit (M, but would have preferred a Small | Color 600089 Black) | Similar Sneakers from Amazon Obviously snake pint is all the rage this Spring, so I wanted to show you guys this super lightweight snakeskin bomber jacket. I think that if you’re going to buy a statement piece like this, the $28 price point of this one makes a whole lot more sense, right? It’s great quality, a cute fit and I love the idea of pairing it with black denim shorts for Spring. Snakeskin Bomber Jacket $27.99 (wearing a small) Amazon Fashion Haul | Dresses This dainty little dress really surprised me! At just over $20, the color, details and fit are so darling and it really looks like a boutique dress. For me it fit like a dress that I would wear sandals with, but if you are under 5’5 you could easily pair it with a heel or cute espadrille! Lilac Ruffle Dress (S) $21.99 Another under $20 shocker! I didn’t expect much from this dress but was throughly impressed when I tried it on. The print is well done and on trend. The colors area great and the fit is easy but flattering. The cut of it flatters the arms and shoulders and then it gracefully flows away, giving you an easy to wear Spring silhouette. Wouldn’t it be cute for Easter occasions!? See all of the colors HERE. Geometric Shift Dress $19.99 (Tons of prints / Wearing a Small) I initially thought that this was a dress, but it’s indeed a swim cover. Regardless it’s something that I know you guys would like because the embroidery is so well done and the colors are vivd and bright! It comes in a ton of colors, but I loved this dark play paired back to white. Embroidered Tunic Coverup $39 (multiple colors, wearing a small) This little Summer tweed dress was too short on me, but I kept it in here just in case any of you petites need cute workwear. This one is light enough to wear as a dress and it’s oh so comfy! Summer Tweed Shift Dress $29.99 (wearing a Small) This dress is a bit older, but since there have been a lot of requests for workwear I thought that I’d show you the fit. It no longer comes in this exact print, but does still come in animal prints. It’s a true wrap dress, it so well made and is a flattering and feminine fit. It’s great for work or church and is a go-to dress for me. See all of the color options HERE. Leopard Wrap Dress (wearing the S) I only ordered one new swimsuit this time and thankfully it was a winner! I’ve got this exact suit in a multi-stripe from last year and LOVE the fit—I could not resist this beautiful blue for a new season. The twist front top is easy to wear and offers great support and the bottoms have lots of booty coverage…all for under $40! Blue and White Stripe Top $18 (wearing a M) | Matching Bottom $18 (wearing a M) You guys love a good caftan as much as me, and this one exceeded my expectations! The embroidery is AMAZING, especially for the $24 price. It comes in quite a few colors and is super chic for the Summer. See all of the colors HERE. Embroidered Caftan $24.99 (wearing a small / multiple colors) | Hat Black off the Shoulder Midi Dress $19.99 (wearing a small) Need a WOW dress that won’t break the bank??? This is it! It’s a thick, form fitting material that flatters your curves and I love the ruffle details on the shoulders and hem. The slit was slightly high on me, but wasn’t totally immodest. It comes in quite a few colors and is a total show stopper for under $40! See more HERE. Ruffle One Shoulder Cocktail Dress $35.99 (wearing a Small) Say hello to an awesome Easter dress option! This A line beauty is so well made and fit like a glove. I loved the length and the details, no one would EVER guess that it’s from Amazon for $35! Comes in multiple colors HERE. Lace Overlay A Line Dress $35.99 (S) | Heart Earrings This lace overlay dress is a dupe of this super popular version at Nordstrom. What I liked about the Amazon version is that the lining underneath is a bit more of a modest length, otherwise they are nearly the same. The lace is BEAUTIFUL and so well done for the price and it comes in a ton of beautiful Spring colors HERE. I always say that this dress is best for C cups and smaller, just due to the nature of the cut. Lace Overlay Dress $34.99 (wearing a Small) | Heart Earrings I was a little leery about this black dress because it did have a very packaged smell when I opened it. I decided to try it on anyway and for $20 I was definitely impressed. It’s a super cute weekend patio dress and is really flattering. See all of the darling colors HERE. Black off the shoulder dress ($19.99 / wearing a small) Amazon Fashion Haul March | Accessories These babies are TOTAL SHOWSTOPPERS and look like they should be a part of the trend jewelry selection at Neimans! I am SO impressed with them (I have them on with the pink one shoulder dress above) and cannot get over the price! You better believe I grabbed the pink too. See all of the colors HERE. Statement Earrings $11.50!!!!! These beaded discs are very similar to the Baublebar ones, come in a ton of colors and are under $15! Beaded Earrings $14.99 (tons of colors) Another designer dupe under $15! These are fun for Spring and totally lightweight. See all of the colors HERE. Beaded Teardrop Earrings Probably my fav unexpected accessory find from the haul were these acrylic hearts. Hearts are definitely having a moment right now and most pieces are still fairly expensive (not many dupes have been made yet), but these are awesome options! Around $10, very lightweight and SO on trend—these pair back to so many outfits! Heart Earrings $10.32 If you need an inexpensive, go-to clutch for Spring—this is it! Often times these straw bags can be SO expensive, but this one is under $20 and holds all of the necessities (phone, cards, lipstick). It will be the bag you reach for over and over when heading out because it pairs back to nearly anything! See more HERE. Raffia Clutch $17.99 Not sure if these (or any) blue light blocking glasses actually work, but I thought I’d give these a whirl because they are SO cute. I love the slight oversized shape and the clear frames, they are a cute way to switch up your everyday look! They come in a ton of colors HERE. Blue Light Blocking Glasses $16.99 (tons of colors) Amazon Fashion Haul | Top 5 from February! You guys love seeing what was popular last month, so here goes: Five: Makeup Case | I swear by this makeup bag! It may not be the prettiest, but it’s padded and amazing for travel! It also comes with lots of dividers so that you can organize until your heart is content. For $20 you CANNOT go wrong! Four: Muscle Cut Midi Dress | This is the most universally flattering and UBER COMFY dress! Wear it with wedges, sandals or even sneakers for an easy Spring look. Price won’t disappoint either! Three: Colorful Caftan | This one surprised me! I LOVE it, but it’s definitely a statement piece and I was shocked at how many of you bought it! It absolutely looks designer and is the most beautiful beach cover—not to mention, you won’t believe the price! Two: Men’s Dress Shoes | I shared these on Instagram and you guys totally sold them out. They are back in stock and a total steal for guys. Dan is SO hard on his shoes so quite frankly we were sick of paying $200-$300 per pair of dress shoes and decided to give this $30 pair a whirl. We were shocked at the quality and aesthetic. No one would believe you if you told them they were from Amazon! One: Frayed Hem Denim Shorts | These were SUCH a winner that I bought them in two colors. A wonderful dupe for my beloved One Teaspoon shorts and about 1/4 of the price! I got “blue” and “black” and love the fit of the M. Amazon Fashion Haul March | Misses There are always some misses each haul and there have been lots of requests to see those, so here are a few that didn’t work out: Didn’t love the overall shape or quality of THIS striped midi dress. I had high hopes for this snakeskin dress, but nope, quality wasn’t there. I thought that these joggers would be my fav from the entire haul, but the fit was so off 🙁 This pink maxi dress was such a bummer, I wanted it to work so badly but the fabric was no bueno. Laura says March 24, 2019 at 8:39 AM The link isn’t working to the light pink dress. Do you have a new link? Thanks!
Sarah says March 24, 2019 at 10:04 PM Ibought two of your misses and totally agree. The quality of the snakeskin dress was TERRIBLE. It looked like it had gone through the shredder. I also thought the off the shouder dress was meh. Wish I had read this first! Love your reviews.
Michelle says March 25, 2019 at 10:07 AM Hi — I love the henley tank and knit tanks. Trying to figure out my size. Do you typically wear a size small in shirts? (i.e. did you buy these shirts in your typical size?) I typically wear an xs, but not sure if I need to size up. Any guidance would be great! Thanks!
Style Your Senses says March 26, 2019 at 11:11 PM This runs TTS, if you are normally an XS that’s what I would go with 🙂
Audrey Saia says March 25, 2019 at 12:29 PM OH my gosh, I can’t tell you how many things I put in my cart from this haul! My most exciting thing was sourcing the wrap dress in a short sleeved version and I found the EXACT label in a cap sleeve version…..SCORE for summer workwear!!!! Thanks for all try ons! Love watching the variety! xoxo
