The Friday Edit February 5, 2016 | Amen for Friday!! We have such an exciting weekend ahead with Landry’s third birthday AND the Panthers going to the Superbowl that we’ve been counting down to Friday since Monday. Here are all of the highlights from this week: Top post was definitely this What I Wore: Valentine’s Day Date Night | Part II outfit: Turn on your JavaScript to view content The major favorite from our Office + Playroom Mood Board Reveal was certainly the super affordable (and HUGE) Kilim Rug! Can you guys get over that an 8×10 is only $399?! A close favorite behind the rug was the mirrored + gold bamboo desk. Can’t wait to show you guys this little stunner in person! The Valentine’s Day Gift Guide for the Guys was fun to put together and you guys loved the workwear boots (I got them for Dan for his birthday and he LOVES them) and this Yeti tumbler (finally in stock after being sold out for over a month)! This #ootn was the most liked Instagram this week…still absolutely loving (and overwearing) this cold shoulder tunic and obsessing over my (faux) squash blossom necklace! Link Love: I made THIS chicken + avocado soup this week and it was super yummy! Warm and hearty and toddler approved! With SuperBowl 50 on my mind, I love this DIY snack stadium on BHG.com (with a video tutorial)! I was literally stopped in my tracks by these new Tory Burch heels for Spring. Oh-Ma-Gahhh! I attended FITSHOP (a fun pop up hosted by the gals at BRANDSHOP) and took a quick snap of some of my favorite Holst + Lee jewels…lots of you guys screen shot it, so here are the details. Holst + Lee is a jewelry line out of NYC and I am obsessed with every piece. Shop them all HERE. What did you guys think of Who What Wear for Target? There were quite a few pieces that I really liked…including this dot skirt and this skinny scarf! This weekend I will be unplugging a bit and celebrating my sweet baby girl’s third birthday!!! She’s having a Mardi Gras themed party and I cannot wait to share a few cajun traditions with our Charlotte friends. Instead of a traditional cake, we will have King Cake and I am SO excited! Read all about the history of the King Cake HERE. Follow along on Insta and Snap (@styleyoursenses) for updates 🙂 Happy Weekend, loves!
