5 ON FRIDAY! February 14, 2014 | Short and sweet (and late as usual!) today, ladies. Happy Valentines Day!! First, I will talk about Snow-ma-geddon (just like everyone else I assume)! Mind you, I thought that we would be heading to Austin yesterday so my Tuesday morning “stock up” was a few avocados, milk, cereal, and some “breakfast for dinner”things (because who doesn’t love pancakes for dinner?!)…and that was it! I hate wasting food, so there was nothing in the fridge. Well trip cancelled (which was the huge low-light of this week) and we are stuck and starving lol. No really, up until noon today I hadn’t left the house since Tuesday morning. If you know me at all, you know that I was about to go postal. I have to be busy at all times and moving and shaking. Cabin fever is an understatement! So when it was all said and done, we got around 7′ of snow with about 1-2 of ice in there. This southern chick is over it. I don’t even own rain boots. UGH. Baby girl started to really gain an interest in standing alone this week. Eeek! We are closer to walking than I thought. She’s very vocal and usually on the later end for physical, so I was hoping for another 2 months or so of crawling, but I think that it’s only a few weeks off. She was so fascinated with the snow. Going up to each window, pointing, and saying WOW. You guys loved the Master Bedroom, so thanks! Um featured on Apartment Therapy?!?! I’ll say that’s a highlight! And finally, it’s Valentines Day and I get to smooch on this cutie ALL.DAY.LONG! I’m blessed beyond belief! p.s. contemplating a little mini trip to Charleston this weekend…Please send recommendations!!!
FARMER and the BELL says February 14, 2014 at 9:28 PM girlfriend…i got those same shoes for my little valentine and they don't disappoint! however…she is a tad chubby and the straps on top leave little marks. i'm in love with the wallpaper you have in her room! and from the master it looks like you have a knack for this sort of thing…want to help me with my master bedroom? it's sat sans decoration for three years now. sad sad state. showing some linkup love! new reader! yay!
