Trend to Try: Tribal April 11, 2016 | Hola! Happy Monday! Today I’m talking all about a trend I’m loving and one that I think will only gain more traction as we start thinking about Fall…TRIBAL! I’m using the term tribal as a loose term to encompass southwestern, bohemian and textural pieces that add distinct pops of pattern, color and texture to a space or outfit. I love that this is a trend you can pull into your home and/or wardrobe and it really blends with lots of current styles. The moodiness that tribal pieces add to a space is almost tangible and tribal color palettes range from bright and bold to rich and dark, making them easy to pull coordinating colors from. Today, I’ve rounded up all of my current favorite tribal pieces for you to shop, and followed that by some beautiful inspiration photos on how to make it work for you! *shop the board simply by clicking on the image you’d like to learn more about JavaScript is currently disabled in this browser. I love the wall decals and footstool in this worldly room! Image Via Everything about this vignette has me drooling! The tribal art and necklace used as art add so many layers of texture. Layering a natural jute rug + a gorgeous patterned tribal rug (similar rug!) then adding textures like sheepskin make this a cozy and inviting space! Image Via This juju hat totally makes this space and I love how they continued with tribal influences with these pillows. I’m dying to wear this necklace over the blue maxi dress I wore over the weekend! Do you guys love this trend? Already have it in your home or closet? I’d love to hear more!
