My 10 Top Purchases for April

Good Morning! I always feel like I let the months completely fly by and never do at least a little bit of a recap highlighting what you guys loved, so today I’m changing that. Like I explained in THIS post, I share tons of stuff in the hopes that I’m covering enough ground to help at least the majority of you find something that you were looking for. I share everything from home decor to athletic wear to date night and even workwear, and it’s always fun to look back at the items that really struck a cord with you. I take some time and look through them at the end of each month in hopes of finding some trends and learning more about you guys, and this month I thought it it would be fun to share the 10 top purchases from April amongst Style Your Senses readersl! Ten | New Running Shoes 

I desperately needed a new running shoe and had been eyeing these for months. I’m so glad that I finally pulled the trigger because they are as comfortable as they are cute! I love them when hitting the pavement and I love them for athleisure. A great all around athletic shoe…

Nine | $35 Side Slit Tank

This was a huge hit because not only is it affordable, but it’s also lightweight and a great tunic length. I love it front tucked into white jeans so that you still get some behind overage. There are lots of colors, but I loved this black. Note that you do need a cami underneath. Wearing a Small here.

Eight | $20 Amazon Workout Leggings 

I truly love these but I was happiest that YOU guys loved them too. I cannot tell you how many emails I got raving about them! A total steal for twenty bucks! Wearing a M here.

Seven | $64 Dark Wash Skinny Jeans (Now available in extended sizes and all are in stock)

These light wash skinnies were one of the most popular pair in the Denim Review and they continue to be a top seller. I shared some positive feedback from readers this past month and so many of you decided to give them a whirl. They have a built in elastic band around the waist which ensures that they stay put and give you a great fit all day long. Make sure to size down in them. Wearing a 4 here.

Six | $45 Ripped High Waisted Shorts 

I‘ve been raving about these shorts for months now and they’ve continued to sell out! They are finally back in stock and just in time for the warm weather. They are by one of our favorite denim brands and really do have a great fit for the $45 price tag! Wearing a M (or 28) here.

Five | Mixed Media White Dress

This dress is so feminine and pretty and just had a flattering fit. I loved the pretty silhouette and found that it was very easy to wear and there are quite a few ways to style it. Wearing a Small here.

Four | Flutter Sleeve Cotton Top (Now in more colors!)

This darling top was a big hit because it’s A.) ADORABLE B.) Functional from work to weekend C.) very affordable. I styled it for more of a workwear look in THIS post, but you can also dress it down further with distressed jeans and sneakers or a cute pair of shorts. It’s the updated white tee that you’ll reach for over and over. Wearing a Small here.

Three | $39 Henley (Now available in more colors)

This top has been in the Top 10 for months now and it’s probably because I wear (and talk about) it NON-STOP. It’s just a great “throw on and go” top that’s flattering and multi-functional. I started off with the dusty lavender and then added the ivory to the mix. Since it’s been so popular, Nordstrom keeps adding colors as well, which is bad because I keep wanting more. I wear a Small in this one.

Two | High Rise White Jeans

It’s not a surprise that these white jeans are right up at the top of the list! They are amazingly flattering and I wear them every other day. They have more of a true denim fit and fit less like a wetsuit. The higher rise is flattering and they are not see through. So many of you have reported the same feedback as me…they are the unicorn of white jeans and well worth the price tag! I’m wearing a 27 here.

One | $89 Lace Midi Dress 

This dress was a huge hit and I think that it’s a no-brainer as to why. It’s UBER flattering on nearly any body type, comes in 11 gorgeous colors and is only $89! It screams Spring and is perfect for so may events! I’m wearing a M here but would have preferred a Small.
