The Ultimate High / Low Gift Guide! November 11, 2019 | I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS POST!!! It’s the first of my Gift Guide series and really an awesome one to ease us into the idea that we only have 44 days until Christmas! I gathered tons of Holiday feedback over on my Instagram stories last week and really used what you guys told me to create these guides. I hope that you find them concise, useful and unique—making your Holiday shopping just a little bit easier. Today’s post is all about YOUR dream wishlist. These were the most mentioned items at the top of reader Christmas lists and I thought that it would be fun to not only detail the wishlist out, but also offer lower priced, great quality alternatives to accommodate all budgets. Make sure to save this post or send it to your significant other for safe keeping 😉 The Ultimate High / Low Gift Guide 2019: Stationary Bike: One $2,245 / The Peloton Bike is pretty high on many wish lists, but dang it’s expensive! It also offers an effective in home workout solution that’s high tech and super fun to use! Two $298 + free Prime delivery / I have THIS stationery bike from Amazon, but if I were to be in the market to buy a new one, I’d absolutely buy this one. It’s a new model and I love the upgraded features. It comes with a dedicated media holder and multiple hand positions to execute different jumps and exercises on the bike. You simply place your iPad in the holder and stream Peloton or Aaptive cycle classes from it for an awesome in home workout. Makeup Mirror: One $200 / This Simple Human makeup mirror is all the rage and while it’s beautiful, I’d never pay $200+ for it!Two $47.99 + Prime Delivery / This one gets nearly perfect reviews, magnifies 1-10x, and offers a beautiful white light to get a true color. This makes a great gift for nearly any woman on your list, Earpods: One $145 / I have an absolutely LOVE my Apple Pods! They were given to me as a gift from Dan and I’m not going to lie—I thought that I’d hate them. Turns out, I use them daily, they stay put wonderfully and have totally made my everyday office and workout routines so much easier. Two $39.99 + near perfect reviews / These were bought by someone in our office and she LOVES them! They are very comparable to the Apple pods, but are a FRACTION of the price. These make great stocking stuffers, gifts for tweens/teens, and are even great as a secondary pair to live in your gym bag. Keychain Wallet: One $295 / I love the idea of simplifying and paring a large wallet down to a small key chain card case. They make it ease to hop out and go without lugging around a huge purse. I love this Gucci one, but simply cannot justify spending $330++ on a 4×2 pieces of canvas. Two $9.99 / These are designer inspired and are on Amazon for under $10!!!! The quality is awesome and I would totally recommend them! Not only as AWESOME gifts, but also as something useful for yourself. Star Sneakers: One $480 / Golden Goose are always right there at the top of reader wishlists and I don’t blame you—I wear mine daily and truly feel like they are worth the investment. They bring a stylish shoe that’s also comfortable and appropriate for chasing kids around. Two $34.88 + free ship / I found these on Amazon for under $35! They definitely give a similar look and will save you close to $500 if you don’t want to make the investment. Look how similar they are to these GG’s. Align Leggings: One $98 / These high waisted leggings from Lululemon are all the rage. Women rave about how well they fit and I have to say, that while I’m intrigued, I won’t be spending $100 on them. Two $29.99 + Prime / These are an AMAZING alternative for 1/3 of the price! Also high waisted and and in a super chic camo print, they get PERFECT 5 star reviews on Amazon and women are raving about how well they wear and how they suck the belly in—sign me up! Cozy Cardigan: One $110 / Everyone is obsessed with Barefoot Dreams for their super cozy loungewear and blankets. I do agree that they make the most luxurious cozy and think that this cardigan would make an AMAZING gift. Overall though the price is steep and I think that the one below is a great alternative. Two $29.99 + near perfect reviews / I’m actually wearing this one as I’m typing this! It’s such a yummy, cozy cardigan and I throw it on the minute I get home. Overall, a different hand than Barefoot Dreams (less wubby and more fleece-y), but such a great option for the gal who loves cozy. Charm Necklace: One $995 / Dainty charm necklaces are all of the rage these days and I adore this small hamsa from Bony Levy. Unfortunately, nearly $1,000 isn’t in my budget. Two $19.95 / This one might actually be even cuter and wow the price difference is mind blowing. Definitely invest here for a trend piece. Insulated Coffee Mug: One $24.99 / I love my Yeti mug. It will keep my coffee really warm from 7am clear through noon and as a mama, I can really appreciate that! These are amazing gifts for anyone on your list (including yourself)! Two $13.97 + Prime / While Yeti is definitely the name brand in the insulated market, this one gets AMAZING reviews on Amazon and even comes in the same assortment of colors. The price on these makes them much easier gifts and even makes it affordable to monogram them with vinyl for teacher or friend gifts. Tortoise Shell Sunnies: One $250 / I’ve been eyeing these for years now! They look fabulous on nearly everyone and have been around 5 years now, still feeling classic and beautiful! I haven’t made the investment because I sit on or lose my sunglasses, it’s just who I am 🙁 Two $12.99 / I bought these instead, hoping that they would give me the same shape and have been WOWed by them. Definitely the same shape and are comfy and easy to wear. I love the way that they look. Luxe Leopard Throw Blanket: One $180 / Another Barefoot Dreams item on quite a few lists! Yes, it’s beautiful and luxe, but honestly there’s no reason to pay nearly $200 for a blanket. Two $26.99 / I found this beauty on Amazon and while I love the sophisticated take on animal print, it also gets crazy good customer reviews. This makes a GREAT gift. A few other great Amazon dupes that make wonderful gifts: Capri Blue scented diffuser oil (3 bottles for under $15!) Logo Studs (not a direct knock off, but these definitely give the look of Chanel. Ordered them for myself) Waffle Tunic (Nearly identical to the Free People one) Robot Vacuum (Substantially cheaper than the Roomba and gets mostly 5 star reviews!) See all Amazon posts HERE. I truly hope that this was a fun, helpful read and that you get lots of great gift ideas to get for others (and maybe a few for yourself)! xoxo

Mika says November 11, 2019 at 1:44 PM I love this high/low post and that you actually review both. So many things are trendy and it’s sometimes ok to go with the lower priced item. Thanks for all of your hard work for these posts.
