Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Fitting Room Finds

Ok ladies, let’s do this! Publishing this 30ish minutes before the Sale goes live to cardholders to give you guys a chance to take it in, read it through and get a plan. No need to panic, because I’ve got you covered. I tried my best to make this post exciting and different because the same Tee + Cardigan + Jeans + Booties outfits from the sale are such a snooze fest for me. I’m SO excited for Fall fashion and really reviewed things that I thought were functional and on trend. You can find my best basics in THIS post if you need to stock up.

My store was pretty low on stock, but I did my best. I will still be ordering online today and I’m detailing what I would order first if I were you. Both of these OTK boot were absolutely beautiful. The shapes and colors were SO right and the only real difference is that the left boot feels a little more casual with the block heel and the right feels a little more dressy with the sueded heel.

I tried and reviewed both of these booties, but I have to be honest—I’m sticking with the Linea Paolo wedge sneakers. Yes, a little more expensive since they aren’t on the sale but the sleeker shape felt better for me personally.

This would absolutely be a go-to Fall outfit for me when I want to feel very casual but still pulled together. The cardigan is a repeat from last year but I left it behind and regretted it. I knew that I would definitely be going back for it this year and I’m thrilled that I scored it in this ivory color. It’s UBER soft, has a cute hood and the cinch waist gives it a little structure. Truthfully, I like this better than the way more expensive Barefoot dreams because it’s more functional, but still cozy.

I’ve owned my Spanx faux leather leggings for 3+ years now, so I can vouch for what a good investment they are! I scored mine during the Anniversary Sale and have never regretted it! Snag a pair HERE.

I really really liked this oversized cardigan. It almost felt like a hybrid cardigan + poncho, which was fun. Super soft, great shape, and felt a little different. Good to wear with leggings too.

Probably one of my favorite outfits from my time there yesterday. Functional, cute and easy to wear. This sweater was a huge HIT! Soft, lightweight, amazing price AND a tunic—win win win! I loved the side snaps so that it laid flat over the booty.

Y’all went crazy over this sneak peek on Insta, so I’m assuming these pieces will go fast! This top is a crazy good deal at around $30 and can easily be worn in the office or out to dinner. A great lightweight piece for transition.

These are the high waisted Madewell jeans that I’m highly recommending! They are flattering, have clean lines and really hold up well.

Thermal Henley $24.90 ($38 after the sale, TTS for a fitted look)

This top was available last year in a slightly different version and I actually rather this years version. It’s a simple split V neck, a fitted silhouette and flattering to wear by itself or layered under things.

I didn’t find a ton of fashion sweaters, but this colorblock one in creamsicle hues was an awesome score. It’s well made and I love the color combination.

I thought that this was a cool blazer option. It’s longer and a great Fall plaid. An easy look for a casual work day.

This was probably one of my favorite sweaters. It’s a great, updated silhouette, fits well and the color feels very on trend for Fall.

These were the only mules in my store and while I love the shape, this color reads too red for me to get a lot of wear out of. I say buy the SPOTTED PAIR in this style and the NEUTRAL PAIR in THIS STYLE.

This tee is a great one to score for $15 during the sale in lots of Fall colors. Runs TTS.

Moto Jacket $65 ($90 after sale)| High waisted skinnies (27) $85 ($128 after the sale) | Booties $79 ($119 after Sale, safest to go up .5) 

Here’s the under $100 BlankNYC moto jacket. It’s not as good of quality as I’d hoped but still an ok deal for $64. I’d never pay the regular price for this one. Overall, I think that THIS MOTO JACKET is the one to score.

This was a fun fashion color crop sweater to wear with high waisted jeans! Awesome quality and price! Really like how it pairs with fun leopard or snake booties.

Definitely buy this sweater! It’s an amazing deal at around $25 and the colors are fab. This is one I would consider buying in multiple colors.

Definitely buy this! I loved this camo cargo jacket and thought that the washed print was so chic. It’s a great lightweight layering piece and I can see busy moms wearing this a ton.

This WILL SELL OUT. It’s sold out multiple times at regular price, so getting it for $45 will definitely be a deal! It’s super soft, a great print and I love the length!

Lightweight Sweatshirts $31.90 ($49 after sale, TTS)

BUY TWO OF THESE. They are uber soft and great for lounge or casual. I love the prints and the price and think you guys will too!

Quilted Sherpa Jacket $58.90 ($88 after sale) TTS, wearing a small

THIS IS ONE OF MY TOP PICKS! This one surprised me in a major way! Just say no to wubby pullovers and opt for this jacket instead. It’s polished, functional and really great for mild Fall and Winter weather.

These Madewell jeans are definitely a top pick! The fit is PHENOMINAL and so is this price for Madewell. Don’t delay.

This cardigan is a staple every single year and one that I do think is worth continuing to cover. It holds up well and is a great throw-on-and-go basic to have in your closet. Ok to size down here.

Left: BP has some great loungewear this sale and I highly recommend this set! It’s a great price and the pieces are actually function to wear alone with one basics. It comes in tons of prints and I really liked this pink camo and the leopard. Instead of joggers, you could also easily do the shorts.

Right: I always buy a set of these Nordstrom Moonlight PJs during the sale. They are hands down the softest, most comfy jammies ever. They also make amazing gifts. I opted for the shorts set this year, but they also make a pants set HERE.

Two of my favorite scores were actually accessories! I’ve been eyeing these sunglasses FOREVER and was thrilled to get them on sale and I love this little layering necklace. The different textures and the druzy feel fresh and different.
