Look for Less | August

August is more than halfway over…now someone tell me how that’s possible?? In just a few weeks, Fall will be upon us and *hopefully* the temps will begin to drop. I know that it seems early to talk Fall, but trust me it’s coming!  Look for Less August is all about some key transition pieces that you can either splurge on or grab for a total steal. Read below to see which pieces I’ve already grabbed!

Tortoise shades to drool over…love the pink reflection lenses

Two | $12 STEAL

I did a major happy dance because these are nearly the EXACT same pair and I totally snagged them!

 Three | $195 SPLURGE

Hats are still going to be around in a big way this Fall and I’m loving this creamy neutral color, not really loving the price tag.

Four | $39 STEAL

Whohooo for an almost identical color and a savings of about $150!

Five | $90 SPLURGE

Glam ear jackets are great to wear with cozy sweaters this Fall and I love the edgy vibe of these.

Six | $34 STEAL

These are the same feel and a savings of over $50! Definitely grab a pair if you don’t yet have any…they are very understated glam.

Seven | $595 SPLURGE

You guys know my love for these mules. They are swoon-worthy and the shoe that started the whole trend. I tried to talk myself into buying them, but when I saw the dupe below, I just couldn’t justify the price.

Eight | $89 STEAL

I got these in the cognac color and absolutely LOVE them. They will be a total Fall staple for me. See my entire post on this trend HERE.

Nine | $250 SPLURGE

These designer jeans are real good. I love the wash and the distressing, but personally not a huge fan of the price.

Ten | $58 STEAL

I ordered these with fairly low expectations last week and let me tell you I was blown away. They are a great fit, the distressing is awesome and I LOVE the wash. They fit more like a “girlfriend jean” aka more slim and you must buy these ASAP…hellooooo $58!

Eleven | $80 SPLURGE

I love this deep merlot colored top and actually snagged it last week to style on the blog. While it still isn’t really expensive at $80, I did appreciate the long sleeves to pro-long the wear.

Twelve | $39 STEAL

If you think that the off-the-shoulder trend is fleeting, snag this on-trend color for Fall transition for under $40!

Thirteen | $395 SPLURGE

I’m still sweating these sneakers. Why do I like scuffed up sneakers, you ask? The answer is, I don’t know. I just do. And I want them in my life.

Fourteen | $80 STEAL

More realistically, and so my husband doesn’t send me to the looney bin, I will likely opt for these Adidas Superstars in Gold! They are so super chic and a great shoe to transition with!

Fifteen | $178 SPLURGE

I am loving every single detail of this dress. If I had somewhere fun to wear it, it would be mine in a heartbeat. I mean look at those sleeve details, people!

Sixteen | $68 STEAL

This is such a great little black dress to wear casually with booties or dress up with an over the knee boot or platform heel. It also comes in a rainbow of colors.

Seventeen | $245 SPLURGE

My love for a good Rebecca Minkoff bag knows no end and I totally think that they are worth the splurge. I’m LOVING this wine colored cross body for Fall and am realllll tempted to snatch it up.

Eighteen | $98 STEAL

I actually came across this one in Nordstrom over the weekend and was SO impressed with the quality and detailing. It’s a great crossbody bag for the Fall, especially if you want something on trend yet don’t want to spend a fortune.

Nineteen | $395 SPLURGE

This was THE “it” bootie of the #NSALE and sadly they are now back up to regular price at close to $400. Although I absolutely LOVE this style from Vince, the price tag is definitely out of my budget for booties.

Twenty | $98 STEAL

These black booties are such a great dupe of the above Vince shoe and are an even better price at under $100. Hurry and grab these while all sizes are in stock!
