Lighting Lust: Ro Sham Beaux April 28, 2013 | I first learned of Ro Sham Beaux last year and fell in love with their earthy, yet glamorous lighting. Lately, I’ve been seeing their fixtures grace the pages of some of my favorite home decor magazines, so I figured a blog post was surely in order. Ann Yancy Rogers (a NYC transplant who settled in nearby Charleston, SC) started creating this glorious line in 2010 featuring hanging, standing and wall sconce lighting…all with their own feel, but equally as beautiful. My favorite thing of all is that you can CUSTOMIZE your own light fixture. Yes, completely your own design. Can you even imagine…such a cool piece to have forever. First you choose your beads (Resin, Natural Stone or Recycled Glass…in a plethora of colors), next your shade, then your dimensions. I could go to town be really dangerous with this sort of concept. Another thing added to the design wish list… Hopefully I can see them in person when we are in Charleston next month…until then I hope that you enjoy these as much as I do.
