I styled it for a casual and transitional look, but am also showing you 3 other ways to wear it at the end of this post. Jessica says March 22, 2017 at 11:13 AM Do you have any recommendations for maternity jeans? Do you typically wear the belly band with your regular jeans for most posts? Does that work for all day wear? I’m currently trying to figure out if I should get a pair of maternity jeans or not. I have loved all your posts about maternity style and how you do it with non maternity clothes. I bought two of the free people tunics you post about early and lOVE them! Thanks! 17 weeks in Alabama
Style Your Senses says March 27, 2017 at 10:31 AM Hey Jessica!! Congrats on your little bun in the oven! I’m personally not a fan of maternity jeans. I wore the Old Navy Rockstars during my first pregnancy…and while they were okay…they absolutely don’t work for this pregnancy because I am carrying so different. I’ve been wearing my regular jeans and either doing the ponytail holder trick or holding them up with a Bella Band. I truly feel like it all depends on how you carry…with my first I could have NEVER gotten away with this because I grew wide right off the bat. With this one, it feels like everything is more concentrated in the belly…the body is so wierd. In the end, I have no idea if this reply even helps…just my personal experience…lol! Enjoy your bump! xoxo
