We have not one but three Holiday parties within the next few days and I’ve been trying to gather my thoughts on what I’m going to wear. There’s always that extra little bit of pressure to glam things up a bit for the Holidays…because well it’s the Holidays. As I’m sifting through outfits and looking for accessories, I noticed that I was gravitating to the same combination of similar things to create Holiday party looks, so I thought that I would share them with you. Ear Candy |

Automatically add glam to any look with statement earrings. They catch every twinkling Christmas light and can be carried over to New Years. Grab a pair that can be worn with several outfits. Here are my favorites:

A Bold Lip |

Nothing says Christmas-glam time like a bold red lip color. A great excuse to try out a new shade of red, and experiment with make-up looks. I prefer a red with a slightly pink under tone to go with my skin, but I’ve gathered the tried and true favorites here:

A Good Contour Kit |

This has really changed my life. I’ve been planning to do a full post with a tutorial on it (I promise that will come), but until then, contouring has completely changed my look. I don’t do it every day, but certainly for date nights or special occasions. It makes your face look leaner and more structured as well as have that “glow” in all of the right places.
