Holiday Dress Fit Review + Black Friday Sales

Goodmorning!! Hopefully you are reading this in your jammies over coffee because the kids are out of school and it’s a lazy day at home before the craziness begins. Today’s post is a bit of a mish mash, but I have so much to share that I just went ahead and put it all in one post. On Sunday night I did a massive Holiday Dress try-on sesh on Instastories and, as promised, I’m documenting it all on here as well. I tried on SO many beautiful outfits that are great for all of your Holiday events and am detailing fit info below. I’ve also got my hands on all of the best Black Friday Sales that have started early and have shared all of my top top picks that I think are worth scooping up now. Pink Ruffle Skirt (Also in Black HERE) / Strappy Cropped Tank

A fun party outfit that is festive, but doesn’t scream “Holiday.” These pieces are completely functional wear around and still so much fun. Pair it with a leopard heel or a fun statement earring like THESE. The skirt is a size S and the top is a size 6 for reference.

Embellished Peplum Jumpsuit

Definitely my favorite piece and the one that I personally bought to wear to a Holiday party. This bad boy was SO flattering and easy to wear. The neckline + the embellished belt create a super slimming illusion and I plan to wear it with THESE fab earrings. This is a size 6 for reference.

One | Velvet Trimmed Dress / A sassy mini dress with exaggerated ruffle bell sleeves and an easy body skimming fit. I’m wearing a M here and felt it ran TTS.

Two | Split Sleeve Black Dress / An easy to wear black dress with a split sleeve all the way down. This is a M for reference.

Embroidered Midi Sheath Dress | One of me favorites from the night. It’s very fashion forward and so on trend. Reminds me a lot of THIS much more expensive brand. I’m wearing a M here and it definitely fit snug, but that’s the way it was designed. I love how flattering it is on the body. So elegant for Holiday.

Strappy Crop Tank | Leopard Party Skirt | See all Party Skirt prints HERE

Wearing a size 6 in the tank and needed a size 4 in the skirt (my store was out).

Navy Halter Dress | Very feminine and pretty, but I found the skirt to be a little too full. This is a 4

Red Lace One Shoulder Dress | This was such a beautiful dress and very sassy for a Holiday party. I’m wearing a 4 here, but definitely needed to size up.

Black Lace Ruffle Dress | Such a classic and feminine dress that you could really wear year-around. It was flattering and forgiving in all of the right places and even had the flirtiest open back. Such a winner! I’m wearing a Small here.

Lace off the Shoulder Party Dress | Another major major favorite from the day. This dress screamed classic, feminine beauty. Truly, seeing it on the hanger did it no justice…it was meant to be tried on. I love the idea of wearing it with trendy earrings for a fun Holiday party.

Black Formal Gown | A beautiful and classic formal gown that you will wear year after year. The details are gorgeous (like the back ruffle kick pleat) and the lines are SO flattering. This is a 4, but I needed a 6 here.

Black Ruffle Shoulder Dress | This was probably the easiest dress to wear. It skimmed the body, making it forgiving but still flattering and the one shoulder ruffle was a fun detail without being overwhelming. This is a 6, but I would have taken a 4.

Blush One Shoulder Dress | The lines of this dress were so beautiful and the winter blush color was refreshing after so much black. I love the idea of wearing it with pearls. This was a 4 but I definitely needed a 6, felt it ran small.
