{Happy} Mothers Day!

Yay for my first Mother’s Day as a mother! I’ve dreamed about this…where would I be in my life? Who would this little person who calls me “mommy” be? Honestly, motherhood has changed me more than I ever expected. I am a different person than I was only three short months ago. I live for this baby girl of mine and would die for her in a heartbeat. It has taught me to be completely selfless, forever grateful, and has opened up my heart to a whole new type of love. Perfect, unimaginable love for your child. Oh, and it’s taught me that I can go from zero-to mama bear in less than two seconds...not joking.

I am so thankful that God chose me to be LK’s mom. I am not deserving of such a precious blessing, but will do everything in my power to show her all of the love that she deserves. I’m also so thankful that I have such amazing role models for what a great mother is. My mom, my grandmother, my sisters, and my sweet friends…I love how you love your babies…
