A Craft Beer Tasting Party with World Market September 1, 2015 | When World Market asked me to host a Fall fete, I jumped at the opportunity and quickly decided that I wanted to put together a craft beer tasting party. My husband is a huge craft beer fan, and I knew that this was one blog project where he would actually help with the clean up, if you know what I mean. If you’re looking for a fun birthday party idea for your husband or something different when entertaining during football season…look no further, this is it! The hubs thought that it was super cool and really loved the idea of suggested snacks to compliment the type of craft brew you choose to drink. You can get really creative with the snacks and go the gourmet route, or stick to simple like we did. There are 9 different brews in each pack and they range in color and flavor and all of ours were brewed right here in the Carolinas. I read more about how each were brewed and the flavors of each and then arranged them darkest to lightest. I lined the table with craft paper and in front of each beer wrote the name, the brewer, a short description of it’s flavor and where it’s brewed. I then put suggested snacks to compliment it’s flavor in front of each. You could even take it a step further and create score cards for each, where the guests would write down what beers they liked and what pairings were best. Aside from this party being fun and “outside of the box,” I love that you can literally get almost everything I used to create it from World Market. From the beers themselves, to the linens, and the serving ware and down to all of the snacks…World Market is truly an entertaining “one stop shop.” Shop all of the party essentials: Turn on your JavaScript to view content Shop some salty snacks: Turn on your JavaScript to view content “This post is in partnership with World Market, a brand I love.
