Cool Nights Pajama Review!

I’m so excited to share today’s post with you guys! Soma just released the Summer collection of their infamous “Cool Nights” pajamas and I got to review them for you! You already know my love for a good pair of luxe matching pajamas and these truly are best of the best. I discovered the Cool Nights fabric a few years back as I was searching for a Christmas gift for my mom (who is a particularly hot sleeper and couldn’t find pajamas that worked for her) and not only did she fall in love with these, so did I!

The fabric composition is 93% Rayon and 7% spandex, making for a luxuriously soft and silky feel with an amazingly comfortable and  stretchy fit. They are also machine washable, which is always a win. The fabric makeup is great for truly regulating your sleeping temperature at night and keeping you cool, even through the hot Summer months.

With most of us spending a lot more time in pajamas these days, I promise you that these are worth the investment. Not only are they functional, but they are also fun, well made and really a mood booster! The new Summer prints are to die for–and I’m showing you my 3 favorites below! What I love about Soma collections is that you can mix and match pieces within the same print to some up with the right combinations that suit you. For example, I’m just going to buy the pants to go along with these sets to make them functional for me year around. *Note that I’m wearing a M in these as I prefer a more generous fit in my pjs.

This peacock print is so much fun! I love how light and bright it is and the print is so whimsical. I decided to go with a shorts set here and actually have them on as I’m typing this. Even my girls have commented on how cute they are 😉 Also note that the button front option on so many of these are amazing for nursing, making for a wonderful gift for a new mama.

It wouldn’t be Summer without a Flamingo print! For this set I chose a V neck tee and the same pull on shorts. I also got the silky, lightweight robe and I’m obsessed with the whole look. They make for a happy morning and are perfect for enjoying my coffee around the pool.

Not to play favorites, but I do think that I like this combination of a button up top and cropped pants the best. I find myself lounging in them most often and, even though these are pants vs shorts, they are still comfortable and cool enough to sleep in (even during a Texas summer).
