Amazon Kids Fall Capsule Wardrobe!

Good (Saturday!!!) Morning to you, friends! I made it back from LA on Thursday and am recovering and processing what a crazy, whirlwind, dream that this week has been. We worked so hard to pull together this photo shoot for Nordstrom and I CANNOT WAIT to share it with you guys. Honest to goodness, I would want to buy every single pieces from this Holiday line even if I weren’t involved in it…the pieces are THAT good! Now let the countdown to launch date begin!!! Ok, back to today’s post…an Fall capsule wardrobe with my favorite Amazon clothes for kids! I was actually *SO* excited to put this together for you guys because this is a request that I get quite often and it’s to share kids finds from Amazon–so here I am delivering that 🙂 I’ve been buying the girl’s clothes from THIS Amazon brand for a while now and decided to make my life a little easier and get nearly all of their Fall clothes from Amazon. They have adorable pieces that are affordable and ones that I still don’t feel guilty should they get ruined at school or daycare.

Shopping for new Fall clothes for them had been on my list for weeks and I never made it to the zillion stores around town that I had in mind. Instead, I hopped on Amazon for 20 minutes and had a boat load of adorable Fall clothes at my doorstep in two days…and I didn’t break the bank doing it! Here are a few take aways + all of our favorite outfits:

-Sizing: overall I find that it runs *slightly* small. I tend to size up to allow for growth and a little shrinkage in the dryer. Lawson wears a 2T (she’s 17 months) and Landry wears the 7-8 or small (she’s 5.5) and they are both very big for their ages.

-Wash and Wear: I wash and dry these pieces in the washer and dryer with like colors and notice very little excessive wear. There’s always slight (normal) fading, but otherwise they wear wonderfully.

-Pricing: Prices are amazing! There’s not one thing shown here over $20 and most are under $12 or 15. Truly better prices than places like Old navy and the cuteness factor is off the charts.

Fall Capsule Wardrobe with Amazon Clothes for Kids:

After meeting with Landry’s teacher last week I really wanted some tools to help reinforce what they were learning at home, specific to reading and spelling. She really encouraged me to think outside of the flash card box when helping teaching reading, etc and showed me these letter tiles. She explained how not only is the child learning by having to recognize and pull each letter to form a word, but actually touching and assembling the word does wonders for development. For now, I’m having Landry assemble her high frequency words while I cook dinner. It seems so be working wonders. I got the number tiles to help with number assembly and math. I also got the sentence builder set which is a big bucket of word tiles and you can work together to create and/or decode simple sentences. For now, Landry goes through and picks out the words she can read, saying them along. Finally, I got the money bucket too. Landry is super interested in what money means and gets really let down when I tell her that 4 quarters won’t buy an American Girl Doll. I want to start introducing her to what each piece actually means and this pretend set will be a fun tool to do that with!

I about died when I saw this Halloween dress! I ended up scooping it up in both of their sizes and will pair it with some fun orange leggings! See also, THIS Christmas one by the same brand!

Aren’t these prints darling? I ordered the stripe + floral on the left for Lawson and when it came in I immediately ordered Landry’s size too. It’s insanely soft!

What I’ve been MOST impressed with are these applique pieces. In fact, I cannot get over that they are under $13 each! The parrot one is so dang cute and see Lawson rocking the puppy one at the pumpkin patch below. Also you’ve got to see THIS Christmas version!

Lawson is OB-SESSED with dogs so I couldn’t resist this little puppy dress for her. In fact, I bought it for them both because I thought that it was just too cute, especially with black or blue tights. Your little lady like unicorns better? Check THIS ONE out!

My favorite things from the haul were definitely these sets for Lawson. They are beyond cute, so soft and I love how fun and whimsical they are. They come in TONS of pattern combinations and are really really easy to wear daily. This Holiday one is one of the cutest things that I’ve found!!!

Lawson is CONSTANTLY outgrowing her pajamas, so it was also time to buy her those. Lucky for me Carters has an exclusive line for Amazon and these 3pack jammies are part of it. I love jams that don’t have feet so that they can last a little longer.
