Instagram Roundup 5.29 May 29, 2015 | Hi Friends! Are you guys glad it’s Friday???! Please tell me that I’m not the only who thinks that short weeks are actually pretty darn hard. Getting back into your routine, unpacking, cleaning, working…ugh. We are thrilled to have a laid back weekend at home and hopefully get some pool time in! Here’s a recap of what we’ve been up to this past week through the eyes of Instagram. You can always shop my looks HERE, but all of the links are here again… Styled this fab embroidered bohemian Maxi Dress with the cutest boutique, So Sis! Since it’s been raining for weeks straight in TX, we spent most of our time indoors and little bit fell in love with the piano. It was so sweet and she’d drag anyone who’d take her hand into the music room to listen to her play 🙂 Wow, it’s been a long time since we took a family pic! One of my favorite buys during the Half Yearly Sale has been THESE shoes. Obsessed and under $50! See all of my sake favs HERE. Comfy and casual for our day of traveling home. Anonymous says June 1, 2015 at 2:48 PM I am trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle and love beets, so the picture you posted has me interested in the combination. I have been considering limiting my dairy intake as well, and since you mentioned that in your skin care post, I am wondering if goat cheese is considered non-dairy? Or is it just a healthier option? I am hoping my diet changes result in a better complexion, so would the goat cheese be acceptable?
charmingincharlotte@gmail.com says June 2, 2015 at 3:33 AM Hi! Eliminating dairy has completely changed my skin and I also feel better overall. It's been so much easier that I expected. You can certainly have goat cheese and other cheeses made from goats milk. I was advised that the irritation is specific to hormones in cows milk only. I hope that this helps 🙂
