Loving the midi-dress length as we are going into Fall and I’m having a major midi-dress moment today! The rich colors and folk floral print of this adorable midi dress by WAYF are great for cooler weather and really love the price tag of $78! For early Fall, I paired it with these overstated platforms that go along with the 70’s vibe and as the weather gets cooler, I would probably wear it with boots like this.

The answer is you won’t ever have a perfect balance. The good stuff lies in the grace of knowing that you CAN be fulfilled by both simultaneously, but you’ll never be 100% at both on the same day. It comes in waves and seasons, in hills and valleys. It’s a constant seesaw. It’s okay to settle into the imperfect and claim victory on the mountains but know that you are still a great mom + business woman in the valleys. If your inbox goes unchecked while you’re out at the pool with your kids- that’s ok. If you feed your kids Chick-fil-A for 3 days straight as you celebrate record sales at your business l- that’s ok too.
