Patio Style Challenge REVEAL! March 31, 2015 | Patio Style Challenge COMPLETE! I recently wrapped up our deck makeover as part of Home Depot’s Patio Style Challenge series in which they challenge a group of bloggers to completely revamp their outdoor space. As part of the challenge, I was able to choose a new patio dining set that I’d incorporate into the space and form a functional and livable design around. To preface the face lift, note that we had a mish-mosh of hand-me-down pieces and our space lacked definition and function. I wanted a colorful and cozy space to entertain our friends and we adore how it all came together….it’s really working for our family and we’ve already been able to catch some beautiful NC sunsets from our new deck… This vertical herb garden is a functional privacy wall and we also love grabbing fresh herbs to throw on the grill! See how easy it was to put together HERE. I gave this bench a fresh coat of bright spray paint and now it’s a cozy reading nook for us.
