GibsonXHiSugarplum Resort at Nordstrom!

Eeeeeeek I’m so excited for today’s post! My friend Cassie (Hi Sugarplum) and Gibson have teamed up for another amazing line! Today is launch day for GibsonxHiSugarplum Resort at Nordstrom and it’s SO SO good you guys! Bright colors, loads of embroidered details and all the Spring vibes a girl could ask for on a cold Winter day. These pieces are awesome for packing up for Spring Break and can be worn clean through Summer! Congrats to Cassie and Gibson—the line is so lovely! This embroidered swing top topped my list of favorites! The colors are so punchy and the embroidery is well done, making for a cute top to wear now with white jeans or later with denim or white shorts. There are quite a few colors in it. I’m wearing a small but feel it runs generous.

Of course, I’m wearing my favorite white jeans with all of these fun Spring tops. These jeans really do offer an amazing and flattering fit and have kept their bright white look for over a year. They were one of the top 10 items on the blog last year as a whole, definitely worth trying if you are in the market for white jeans!

This ruffle romper was a surprise favorite!!! Rompers always look so dang cute on everyone else, but I have a really hard time fitting into them correctly. The ruffles and beautiful cobalt blue color sold me on this one and I’m SO glad that I gave it a whirl! The fit was MUCH better than I expected and you’ll find me wearing this just as soon and I can get some color on my ghostly legs 😉 I’m wearing a small and overall found the fit was generous. Ruffle Jumpsuit

This stripe tunic was by far the most practical, everyday option in the collection! I could see myself wearing this day in and day out throughout the Spring and Summer. Cute to layer with, wear as a tunic, front tuck or even knot the front—the stripes and double pockets are cute details, but the shirt itself still serves and a great basic for that #momlife. A total must have, IMO. I’m wearing a Small and feel it runs generous.

Ok, how cute is this sassy number? It’s clear by now that I am a sucker for embroidery and I love the details on this top. It’s pretty unassuming from the front, but the back is a darling, embroidered t strap. The perfect Spring or Summer top—not too dressy, but just enough details to feel a little sassy—yes please! Last, but not least- a cute and casual outfit that’s perfect for your Spring Break getaway! First off, they did a great job with these basic scoop neck tanks. Perfect to tuck in or knot up. You know the tanks that you reach for over and over throughout the Summer—yep, this white one is one of those! See all of the colors HERE.

I paired it with these high waisted tie pants and loved the combo. The pants are a super easy and relaxed fit, a great option for warm Summer days! See all of the colors HERE.

Wearing a small in both and, again, thought the fit was generous.
