Summer Instagram Roundup August 2, 2017 | Good Morning Guys! Sorry for the little break from posting here. Truthfully, I’ve been writing this post since Sunday and could never sit down for long enough to finish it. I’m working so hard to get Lawson on a schedule, but I haven’t been very successful yet…lol. Here’s a big ole instagram roundup of everything that I’ve been wearing this Summer. Lots of easy tops, shorts and dresses (because #momlife) and a ton of them are on sale now! At the bottom of the post I’m also listing my Top 5 pieces from Summer! This layered look is easy to put together and the camo adds some unexpected pattern. This swing tank is definitely in my “most worn” category…it’s comfortable, lightweight and nursing friendly. Off the Shoulder Top | Utility Vest | Distressed Denim Shorts | Sandals This black dress was an impulse buy and I’ve worn the heck out of it. The top portion is a really comfy jersey material and the bottom is lightweight and flowy. The best part of the whole thing is the back detail! Maxi Dress |Bubble Earrings | Scarf | Cross Body Bag (now $33!) Lawson is not as impressed with my tie back top as I was 😉 Tie Back Top | White Jeans | Statement Earrings I’m sure that you guys are sick of seeing this top, but it really is one of the most functional pieces in my closet to this day! Also, if you’ve been here a while, you know that these booties were nearly worn out last Fall! The good news is that they just released the updated style of them and they are SO good! See em’ HERE. Stripe Tunic Tee | Denim Shorts | Updated Bootie Style This little top made it into my Top 5 pieces for sure! It’s got the cutest ruffle sleeve, tie front, and is so lightweight and comfortable. It comes in a ton of colors now and is lightweight and an awesome price! Tie Front Top | Black Skinny Jeans | Gold Slides | Cross Body Bag (now $33!) This eyelet peplum top is just the cutest on! It’s perfect to wear with shorts or skinny jeans now and then layer up with a utility jacket or blazer for later. It also comes in more colors, of which there are some Fall hues as well. Eyelet Peplum Top Hands down one of my favorite NSALE buys was this lace top (so good I bought it in two colors)! I love it layered with the long necklace and a pop of leopard print for a transitional date night look. Lace Top | Skinny Jeans | Long Necklace | Cutout Wedge Heels | Leopard Clutch I bought this knot front top when I was pregnant because I loved it so much. Needless to say, I didn’t get to wear it much then. Thankfully, I’m making up for it now! It’s so cute and totally reversible so the knot can be worn in the front or the back. Great to throw on when I’m running around with the girls. Also, I’ve gotten lots of questions about this diaper bag. Yep, I really do love it. Read all of the amazing reviews about it HERE. The ONLY thing that I’ve had some issues with is the drawstring closure and that’s simply because I’m not used to closing bags that way. If that might be an issue for you as well, look into THIS version. Reversible Knot Tee | Running Shorts | Nikes (on sale) | Backpack Diaper Bag Peter Pan Top | Distressed Denim Shorts | Bubble Earrings This swimsuit got lots of love on Instagram and it really is one of the most flattering suits that I’ve ever owned, especially given my postpartum bod. It’s a steal at $36 and comes in 3 colors. I would highly recommend that you just try it out if you’re still on the hunt for a good suit! Fedora Hat | The Most Flattering Swimsuit of Ever ($35) Below is definitely my go-to day to day look. A relaxed boyfriend t-shirt, denim shorts and some simple accessories. Boyfriend Baseball Tee | Distressed Denim Shorts | Sandals | Hat | Watch | Necklaces | Sunnies ($12) Favorite. Seriously love this top. It comes in quite a few colors and is a great price! Off the Shoulder Top (comes in quite a few colors) This top was a big hit on Instagram too. A cute fit and a darling price of under $40! Peplum Top (Under $30) | White Denim | Cross Body Bag (now $33!) | Earrings | Sunnies This dress was a total impulse buy at Target and I ended up really liking the fit of it! This exact print sold out, but they just re-released it in a darling navy and pink floral that’s perfect for Fall. My Dress in a gorgeous Fall print (under $30) | My Sandals | Landry’s Dress is Hanna Anderson Same cute top from above that I was wearing with black skinnies… Stripe Top (so many colors and SO cute on) | Denim Shorts | Gold Slides I talked all about this Smartband in THIS post and think that it’s the coolest thing. I love that it can even be layered up with your existing wrist candy! Parent + Baby Smartband | Bracelet Stack | Nursery Details are HERE Similar Ruffle Top | Distressed Denim Short | Bubble + Tassel Earrings | Cellphone Cross Body This cardigan was really really hard to leave behind at the store, in fact I still think about going back for it (which definitely means that I need it, right?!?). It’s a cute circle fit and has a cutout back to showoff your workout tank or strappy sports bra. I could see myself throwing this on daily in the Fall! Cutout Back Athleisure Cardigan | Running Shorts Another super cute and affordable top that comes in multiple colors! Embroidered Peplum Top Sometimes you just feel best in jeans and a t-shirt, right?! This is one of my go to looks for sure. Black Tank | Similar Distressed Boyfriend Jeans | Similar Necklace | Gold Slides | Similar Belt This maxi dress is comfy and cute with a price point that’s really darling 😉 The back details are also fun! Under $50 maxi dress | Pearl Slides | Cross Body Bag (now $33!) This dress was definitely the most popular item of the Summer! It’s lightweight, flattering, and just plain easy to throw on and go. I’ve worn it dressed up, down, and every way in between (including as a swim cover)! For $58 I would 100% consider this a “must buy.” $58 Maxi Dress | Layering Necklaces Tie back top again, this time styled for a day date… Bow Back Blouse | Skinny Denim | Lace Up Heels | Similar Necklaces This little gingham top was another #TargetImpulseBuy (lol) and I’ve actually worn it a ton. It’s button front (think nursing friendly) and I’ve paired it with denim, shorts, and skirts. Truly just a cute basic to have in your line up. Oh and the price is super wallet friendly.
