1 Room, 10 Minds, 1 Design with designPOST Interiors

Hi friends! Beth was so sweet to ask me to be a part of this fun new series she’s hosting with Rugs USA called “1 Room, 10 Minds, 1 Design” where 10 of us bloggers virtually re-design her living room using our favorite Rugs USA rugs. Such a fun take on re-designing your own space is to see how others would work your layout and also how they would incorporate your existing pieces into the design. I’ve been to Beth’s darling house, so I have a good understanding of the layout of her living room and here’s my take on how I would design it, centered around my favorite Rugs USA hide rug and using the rest of her existing pieces.

Here are the components that she’s keeping in the room:

Sofa // Jute Rug // Coffee Table 1 // Coffee Table 2

…And here’s how I would design around them..layering in the Silkscreen Zebra Cowhide Rug from Rugs USA, warming up the the neutral base tones with rich greens and deep oranges and layering pattern and more texture with the leather chair and poufs.
