Unique Mother’s Day Gifts 2018 May 3, 2018 | I cannot believe that Mother’s Day is less than two weeks away! They created a flawless finishing powder (really it looks like you have an Instagram filter on your face) that’s super functional AND also has 40SPF in it. The perfect Summer beauty essential and a great gift for any on the go mom! I’m color “light/medium.” Two | Retinol Eye Serum After my whole lash-serum-making-my-eyes-super-dark debacle, this is the one product that saved my life! It works wonders for brightening and giving life back to your under-eyes and I think every mom can agree that a fresh face is priceless. Three | Iridescent Earrings These have proven to be some of my favorites from the entire season and I really think that they are a great neutral statement earring that will pair back to nearly any Summer outfit. Four | Mixed Metal Cable Ring As most of you know, David Yurman rings can be pretty pricey, but I was actually impressed with the price tag on this one for the size + functionality. The mixed metal design is something that I would wear everyday and you get a statement feel for less of the price. Five | Dyson Hair Dryer If you’re like me you’ve been eyeing this bad boy for a while now. I mean just read the dang reviews on it. Mother’s Day is the perfect time to ask for it #justsaying 😉 Six | At Home Microneedling Roller I was given this little gem as Christmas gift and have used it religiously ever since. It’s a great way to get some microneedling in at home. If you’re unfamiliar with Microneedling…it basically damages the skin enough to stimulate new growth and repair, working to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. I find that it works wonders on my skin and is a great preventative tool for women in their 30’s. More about this in an upcoming post, too! Seven | Monogrammed Y Chain Necklace I’ve noticed that I wear my Y Chains SO much, especially in the Summer and I love this upgraded nicer version. It’s monogrammed and also has a small diamond at center, making it more of a fine piece that’s still appropriate for everyday wear but also one that can still be layered with. Eight | Gold Sandals I got these beauties for my Birthday and LOVE them. They have an upgraded feel but the functionality of a great neutral sandal (aka you can wear them with everything)! Nine | My Absolute Favorite Scent I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on this perfume. Daily strangers stop and ask what I’m wearing…kind of creepy, but also flattering…lol. I started with the roller ball of it and then committed to the biggest bottle they sell because I love it that much. SO GOOD. Ten | The Best Jammies Seriously THE BEST JAMMIES. If you don’t have a pair of these yet, buy them now. If you haven’t gifted a pair to your Mom yet…add to cart ASAP. They’re always a hit and are the softest, most comfy pajamas you’ll own! I have 4 pair now and they’re all I sleep in. Find the long sleeve set HERE. Eleven | Designer Double G Belt My Gucci belt is probably one of my favorite investment pieces to date. I wear it a TON (both dressed up + down) and love how it elevates any outfit slightly. This gorgeous new neutral color just came back in stock in all sizes and is 100% worth the Mother’s Day splurge. If you don’t have this yet–please tell me what you’re waiting on. It’s the best $30 I spend and only have to replace it every 3-4 months. It works wonders to brighten under my eyes and I will never go back to other concealers. I’m color “fair neutral” Thirteen | The Neutral Wedge of the Season These get AMAZING reviews for comfort and overall style and if you’re in need, it’s time to #treatyoself for Mother’s Day.
