Splurge vs. Steal: Capri Flip Flops May 16, 2013 | I’m addicted to flippies. There I’ve said it. I have a problem. Honestly though, I LIVE in them in the summer. The less on my feet, the better and if I had a choice I would be barefoot. I’ve started quite the collection this year. These and these live with me now and are my picks for summer date nights with a long maxi…my “special” pair(s) for the season shall we call them. During the hunt for a few fun colored pair, Old Navy really threw me a curve ball. They had an entire wall of capri sandals that looked almost identical to my favorite J. Crew pair from last year….and they were $12! I couldn’t find my sizes fast enough! I decided on neon pink and a leopard print. After a few wears, I also am impressed with the quality. The soles (although synthetic and not leather) are substantial and thick. So ladies on this one (even though I feel like I’m cheating on my love of J. Crew) I’m going to have to go with STEAL! J. Crew//Old Navy Cheers to flip flop weather and a summer pedicure!
