Easy-Peasy Peach Cobbler August 12, 2014 | 14 CommentsOh hi, it’s just me over here writing about cobbler again. Can you tell it’s my favorite summer time dessert?! Since peaches are in season right now (and one of my favorite fruits!) I thought that I’d let you guys in on a huge secret. See, I didn’t really think that this trick was a secret, but over the years I’ve made my peach cobbler for countless people now and no one knew the trick…so here it is…the trick to making an amazing peach cobbler with only 4 ingredients, in only 4 steps, and in under 30 minutes total. Signed. Sealed. Delivered. Trust me, pick up some Farmers Market peaches ASAP and make this for guests (or just for your significant other) and there won’t be a piece left…promise. I even baked it in a tin dish the other day to bring over with ice cream to welcome our new neighbors, truly a “go-to” dessert in our house. So easy right?! And actually really hard to mess up. You don’t like a lot of crust on your peach cobbler? Then don’t use as much cake mix. Like it really crusty? Use the whole box and add a few more pads of butter. You can also mix in berries. I’ve also experimented with all sorts of peaches and they have all worked great. Try it. Trust me. P.S. – In case you missed my other cobbler post, you can find an easy Blackberry Cobbler recipe here.
