Hi Friends! Before I dive in to today’s post, I want to thank you so much for the love on yesterdays Office + Playroom Reveal! It was such a fun project to work on and I can honestly say I love the end result because it’s so functional! So, thanks again 🙂
Now for our last installment of updating your closet on a budget! I have to say, I’m a little sad to have this series come to an end. It’s been so much fun to put together and I love that you guys have really responded to it week after week and have hopefully been able to update your closet for Spring with on trend pieces that didn’t break the bank. Today we are talking ACCESSORIES!!! Whohooo one of my favorite topics! This was definitely the hardest category to edit, and I ended up breaking it down into my Top 10 must have accessories for Spring …on a budget, of course! Here’s how I think that you can really refresh your accessory line-up for Spring…
In case your missed any of the other posts in this series, here’s what we’ve already covered:
Tops Under $50 | Best Bottoms by Trend | 20 Dresses Under $100 | Best Neutral Shoes Under $100
One | Packable Ranch Hat $39
Loving this take on hats for Spring! A lightweight suede that’s made to be flexible and packable…perfect for throwing into your bag for a weekend getaway at the beach. If you want a little more structure in your hat, there are quite a few options below…
Two | Summer Statement Earrings $34
There’s nothing like throwing on a breezy top or a flowy maxi dress and finishing your look with a fun summer statement earring. Bold, colorful and fun…and always look great when your hair is pulled back! These bright baubles are great (and inexpensive!) updates for Spring.
Three | Tassel Bag Charm $38
Bag charms are still going strong through Spring! Add a bright tassel to one of your bags that you may be carrying over from last season to give it new life! You guys know that I adore my leopard tassel and wear it nearly everyday…
Four | Colorful + Embroidered Clutches
Black and White ($16.99) + Southwestern ($39.95)
Another easy way to update your Spring lineup is a bright clutch to pair back to Spring neutrals. I found SO many beautiful clutches at amazingly affordable prices here:
Five | Paisley Bandana Scarf ($16)
The square scarf is back in a big way and wearing them closer around the neck is definitely the “it” style. Wear this bright red paisley scarf with a white v-neck tee and distressed denim shorts for a laid back Spring look. Here are some other great and lightweight scarf options for the warmer weather:
Six | The Saddle Bag / Navy ($29) + Ivory ($42)
The saddle bag is definitely the “it” bag for Spring and I’m loving it! You guys know that I’m wearing mine non-stop…it’s smaller (yet still fits everything that I need) and I can throw it on cross body and head out of the door. I’ve found lots of great affordable options for Spring saddle bags here:
Seven | Chic Gold Cuff ($32)
One of my go-to accessories for Spring and Summer is a gold cuff. It’s a great bracelet option that doesn’t compete with your bright summer clothes. I also think that nothing looks better on sunkissed skin than a simple gold cuff. Here are so many affordable options:
Eight | Boho Baubles / Squash Blossom ($68) + Long Emerald Amulet ($18)
You guys know that I have fully embraced and love this trend and have been living in my squash blossom necklace. These southwestern inspired pieces are laid back and perfect to pair with things like a simple white tee and boyfriend denim. Trust me, ditching the sparkly statement necklaces for something more casual is a refreshing change. Here are lots of options:
Nine | Tortoise Shell Sunnies ($59.00)
I love the resurgence of tortoise shell. Remember I wore mine in THIS post? It adds a little glam factor to any pair of sunnies and think that it’s a great way to brighten your look for Spring. Shop some super affordable options here:
Ten | Chic Weekender Bags / Tan ($69.95) + Boho Print ($39.99)
Nothing says Summer like throwing the necessities into a weekender bag on a whim and getting out of dodge. We do this at least 3 weekends in the summer and I always grab my weekender bag to keep me from over packing. Update yours with these super affordable options and get ready for Summer road trips!
And here’s a recap of the entire series, with shoppable boards in case you’ve missed anything or need a refresher…
Happy Tuesday, friends! Which is you favorite accessory trend to try this Spring??
