One Room Challenge: Guest Room // REVEAL May 7, 2015 | It’s here! Another One Room Challenge on the books and I have to say, this might be my favorite transformation yet. Our Guest Room now feels bright, fun, and comfortable…and is a complete reflection of how we want our guests to feel when they are staying with us. I started HERE with creamy butter walls and a bed in a bag….so we’ve certainly come a long way in 6 weeks. I’ll get wordy with details at the end of the post, but until then I know you’ll want to see the pics, so here you go! Make sure to see the deets at the end for specifics…. If you’re just catching up…I decided to re-work our guest room and here’s what happened in WEEK 1, WEEK 2, WEEK 3, WEEK 4 and WEEK 5! ((If you are brand new to the blog, see all of the One Room Challenges that I have completed below: Media Room, Living Room, Powder Room)) The Sunburst was a late in the game addition to the plan and was a total steal from At Home (formerly Garden Ridge). I gave it a fresh coat of Design Master Brilliant Gold Spray. These sheets are from Martha Stewart’s Whim line for Macy’s and they were the perfect addition to our whimsy guest bed. p.s. they’re on SALE right now and also come in other other fun prints aka flamingo! The conversation pillow literally makes my heart smile every time I walk into the room! Get it HERE. What did you guys think about my collection for New South Home Couture? I’ve gotten SO many compliments on this watercolor floral fabric and I must say I kind of heart it a lot. Check out the collection HERE and snag some pieces before they are gone! Everyone knows I never met a malachite that I didn’t like and this catch all tray from Decorum makes my heart sing! The perfect size for any bed side table! These are inexpensive Euro shams from Bed Bath and Beyond and I added some simple black Pom trim around the perimeter to add some fun! This framed Instagram was a gift from Framebridge and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of it. You can upload a photo and they have it framed, matted and shipped within a matter of 48-72 hours. WOW! Also, can we talk about the drapes? I mean wow. All made right here in Charlotte and absolutely stunning in person! JavaScript is currently disabled in this browser. Reactivate it to view this content.
